Over Population has become one of the
most prominent in Pakistan rather all over the world. The nations of the world
are facing this problem seriously. It has become a great threat to their lives.
The problem of over population
has now become our national problem that is posing a serious threat to the
interests of the people.
This problem
has very bad effects for the country, for its people and for all the societies
of the world. It is destroying the political structure of the country. It gives
birth to restlessness, anxiety and depression among the people. Economic growth
of the country becomes slow due to it. This problem is harming the foundation
of the country and the future of coming generation. The reasons of this problem
are of different types, these reasons are social, political and legal in
nature.
Lack of
education is one of the most important reasons of this problem. People cannot
understand the needs and the requirements of government and social because they
are not guided properly. There is no implementation of law. All people are not
treated equally before law. Our legal system is not working properly and poor
masses are unable to seek justice fully. The main problem is that we do not
follow Islamic principles. We have not adopted Islamic values is our lives.
We have
ignored Quran and Sunnah. Our education system should be upgraded to bring
awareness among the people. At national level through TV, Radio and Newspaper
for the solution of the problem should be carried. People need to be educated
so that they could realize the gravity of situation. Besides, people must act
sensibly if they happen to face difficult circumstances.
NGOS and government institution should
cooperate with each in order to overcome this problem. In the end, it can be
said that by taking all the above mentioned steps, the government can control
this problem to reasonable extent. Economic growth and peace of society largely
depend on the solution of this problem. So in view of above discussion,
government can play a vital role by taking more practical steps for the welfare
of the public.
